Please note that according to European law, all credit card payment transactions must be processed with strong customer authentication called 3-D Secure to increase safety for credit card payments on the Internet for both dealers as well as for customers. Visa calls this procedure "Verified by Visa", MasterCard "MasterCard SecureCode" and American Express "Safekey". All students (including Ph.D students) enrolled at an accredited university will receive the reduced student conference fee. All student discounts are at the organizers' discretion, and proof of status (student card) is required. For this purpose students will be sent a link where they can upload a scan of the student card. Discounts must be applied when registering – discounts cannot be applied after the booking has been processed. In case you would like to register for a student ticket as a Ph.D student, the following documents must be provided:
► A personalized document on official university paper in English language, signed by the professor/Ph.D supervisor, proving that the participant is doing a doctorate.
Each conference registration (except for the day ticket) includes:
- Access to all conference sessions
- Conference materials, including
- the conference proceedings online
- Meals and refreshments:
- the daily coffee breaks and lunch of the conference
- free entrance to the Welcome Reception
- free entrance to the Conference Dinner
- Access to a password-secured area on the website with publication of the list of participants available a few days before start of the conference as well as all abstracts, papers (non-reviewed versions) and presentation PDFs, if provided by the author
Accommodation costs are not included in the conference fee, and attendees are responsible for making their own lodging arrangements.
