The online conference fees are as follows:

All fees are net fees and listed in Euro (€). Conference fees are subject to VAT:
 

Participants from Germany: 19% German VAT
Participants from the EU: reverse charge (VAT-ID required) or 19% German VAT (private individuals)
Participants from third country: taxable at the seat of the recipient, if applicable

Early Bird fees apply until August 20, 2021.

Conference registration includes:

• Access to all online conference sessions, including
  • a list of participants with a contact feature
  • the poster and sponsor area
  • presentations (will be available for streaming on demand after the live conference has ended)
• Access to the online conference program including abstracts
• Access to a password-secured Internal Area on the website after the conference including:
  • all given presentations in mp4 format and the presentation PDF, if provided by the author
  • all presented posters, including a picture of the poster and a mp4 format presentation, if provided by the author
  • the non-reviewed full papers (until publication with AIP; if approved for publication)
  • the conference proceedings online, published with AIP, available approximately nine months after the conference
