Who can attend the Event? What's the Target Group?
At the scientific SolarPACES conference, the world’s leading CST experts come together - researchers, project developers, industry professionals, politicians and financial players as well as major international companies active in the field.
We welcome everyone with a valid ticket. Ticket sale will start in June.
What language will the event be in?
English
Will I be able to watch the event online?
No, we do not offer this option.
Are you going to take photos during the event?
Yes, we take pictures which could be published.
If you do not wish to appear, please let us know at the info desk.
Registration & Participation
Will I receive a certificate of attendance?
Yes on request, during or after the conference.
Program & Presentations
Will you share a list of participants?
We will have an internal area on a separate platform (Fourwaves) where you can find profiles of all attendees.
Connect with other participants as soon as you are registered.
Can I access the presentations of SolarPACES 2025?
Yes, In case the author uploaded the presenation into the internal area.
You can check in the detailed program and click on your talk of interest. You will then see a pdf file to download. Alternativly you can search by title, abstract or author in the internal area.
Please note, a bulk download of all presentations is not possible.
Proceedings
Where will the paper be published?
The SolarPACES conference proceedings will be published with TIB Open Publishing in an open access conference proceedings series, covering papers with sufficient scientific quality. You can read more here.
What's the review criteria?

Is there a timeline for publifications?
Each volume has its own timeline, so it's difficult to provide a general estimate. The process typically takes between 6 to 10 months. You can always check your status on the TIB platform after logging in. More details on proceedings can be found here.
Is there a template that I can use?

Are there additional fees for publification?
We have decided to waive the paper fee, meaning that both the publication of papers and access to the published volumes are free of charge. Please read more about proceedings here.
