Non-Australian citizens who plan to attend the conference may need a visa. To check what type of visa you need, please go to the VisaFinder Service of the Australian Government. You may also find information on visa processing times there. Generally the process takes about one month so we would recommend registering as soon as the registration is open. Upon registration, you will receive an automatically generated e-mail with the link where you can download your invitation letter.

For those who travel from Germany and other EU Countries, we would recommend applying for the eVisitor Visa (Subclass 651 which presupposes participation in the conferences, trade fairs and seminars). This type of visa is given for 12 months and allows to enter Australia as often as it is needed with the stay of 3 months each time. It is free of charge and can be applied for online. The notification will come per e-mail and all borders crosings will be electronically saved. You can read more here.

You can apply for this type of visa here.

Please note that the conference organizers will not be able to contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office on behalf of a delegate.
