Important: Early hotel reservation recommended!

Since the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta will start right after the conference on Saturday, October 1, 2022, we recommend our attendees to make their reservations as early as possible. For most hotels, cancellations are free of charge if done until 72 - 24 hours before arrival.

Invitation letter

Non-US citizens who plan to attend the conference may need a visa. Depending on what you plan to do in the US, a B-1 visa might be the right choice. It seems that currently there is a backlog of requests for visa so that the procedure may be longer than usual. We therefore strongly advise to start the visa application process as soon as possible.
