Johannes is heading the heat generation department at Fichtner, including the concentrated solar thermal team. He has a degree in energy and systems engineering from the University of Stuttgart and focussed already during his studies on CSP including his diploma thesis at the DLR. Since 2008, he has held various positions at Fichtner and has been active as a project manager in many CSP and other large scale multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects. His previous assignments include Lender's technical advisories, scoping and feasibility studies, techno-economic and optimization studies, technology and market assessments, M&A due diligence studies, design planning and tendering of large-scale CSP and infrastructure projects. Johannes has worked on numerous projects worldwide, including Europe, the Middle East, Australia, North and South Africa, and Asia.
