Fidel Carrasco González is Coordinator at the Undersecretariat for Energy 
Planning and Transition of Mexico’s Ministry of Energy. He has over 20 years of 
experience in the energy sector, specializing in renewable energy, energy 
efficiency, climate change, and international cooperation. He has held positions 
in the public, academic, and private sectors and has worked as a consultant for 
international development organizations. He holds a degree in Electrical 
Engineering and a Master of Science in Renewable Energy.
