César Adrián Arreola Croda is a Senior Energy Specialist at the World Bank based in Mexico City, with over 15 years of experience in the energy sector. He has worked on energy efficiency, clean energy, and decarbonization initiatives across Latin America. Previously, he coordinated the Clean Energy Transitions Programme at the International Energy Agency (IEA) in Paris and worked at Mexico’s Ministry of Energy (SENER) on clean technologies and innovation. He holds an MBA in Innovation Management from ParisTech and a BA in International Relations from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
