We welcome everyone with a valid ticket. Ticket sale will start in June.

No, we do not offer this option.
Yes, we take pictures which could be published.

Yes, authors and presenters pay the regular prices.
Yes, all student discounts are at the discretion of the organizers and proof of status is required during registration in the ticket shop.
Proof of status may include:
1. A scan of your student ID showing an expiration date.
2. An official document in English issued by your university confirming your current student status, such as a certificate of enrollment.
3. Also possible for doctoral students: An official document in English issued by your university, signed by the professor/professorial advisor, certifying that you are a doctoral student.Please make sure you include the country code before the VAT number (for example DEX1234567X)
Yes, you can choose payment by bank transfer. Please note that we offer this option until September 1st. From then we will only accept payment in advance by credit card (you will also receive an invoice after your payment).
Please make sure all information that should be stated on the invoice is introduced correctly during your registration. Once processed, the invoice cannot be changed.
Payment is due within 14 days after receipt of the invoice. Otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the registration without prior notice.
Payment details will be provided on the invoice, which will be sent along with the registration confirmation email.
All bank charges must be paid by the participant, so please make sure that the amount will arrive in full on our account.
Due to often very high fees for international bank transfers, we recommend bank transfer for payment within EU only.
Yes on request, during or after the conference.
We will have an internal area on a separate platform (Fourwaves) where you can find profiles of all attendees.
Connect with other participants as soon as you are registered.
The SolarPACES conference proceedings will be published with TIB Open Publishing in an open access conference proceedings series, covering papers with sufficient scientific quality. You can read more here.
The review criteria for the paper review can be found here.
Each volume has its own timeline, so it's difficult to provide a general estimate. The process typically takes between 6 to 10 months. You can always check your status on the TIB platform after logging in. More details on proceedings can be found here.

We have decided to waive the paper fee, meaning that both the publication of papers and access to the published volumes are free of charge. Please read more about proceedings here.
